Tasting notes
This shiny yellow Vernaccia with greenish reflections has lovely fragrances of jasmine and pear, with glimmers of almond. The refreshing palate delivers flavors of pear, green apple, and nutmeg. It has a crisp yet lasting finish.
Best served with fish cooked simply, risotto, vegetable dishes and soft cheeses.
