Tasting notes
The Val Pedro presents aromas of ripe berries (mulberry) with a touch of vanilla. In the mouth, the wine is supple, full-bodied and presents a persistent aftertaste. Well structured and delicately woody, the wine presents concentrated black fruit and floral aromas along with the finesse of the Touriga Franca, light and aromatic.
This full-bodied wine is an ideal accompaniment to grilled meats such as flank steak with shallots, rib steak or lamb chops.
