Great importance is placed on the work in the vineyard, with manual grape selection, as well as in the winery. The grapes undergo crushing, fermentation, and maceration in stainless steel tanks for about 15 days at a controlled temperature of 28- 29°C. This is followed by malolactic fermentation in December. The wine is aged for one year in 225-liter French oak barrels and for 6 months in stainless steel tanks. After bottling, it undergoes an additional period of aging in the bottle.


Tasting notes

The Roca have an intense ruby-red color with garnet red reflections. A very rich scent, with typical aromas of currant and ripe cherry. The flavor is round, well-structured, with a deep alcoholic note.

Best served with first courses and red meat.
