Hand-harvested, fermented in stainless steel vats at a temperature of around 24°C. After vinification, the wine matures for 4 months in vats, then is bottled for a minimum of 6 months before release.
Ruby-red color with violet highlights. An intense bouquet with hints of red and violet fruit. On the palate, well-balanced, structured and freshness. Notes of fresh fruit are remarkable. This bottle goes well with grilled meats and red meats, as well as medium and mature cheeses. Recommended serving temperature 18°C.
