The grapes were pressed at low temperature to avoid oxidation. After natural decantation over48 hours an separation from the lies, the wine is fermented in inox vat at a temperature around 14 – 15°C.
Tasting notes
This 2019 vintage shows a very good balance. To the nose, the citric note and white flowers provide it with fresh and delicate aroma. On the palate it has a good acidity and volume, showing good structure and elegance. Easy to drink, it’s a relaxed and pleasant wine.
This fine wine is an ideal companion to all grilled sea food, fishes, sushi, sashimi and ceviche.
