The grapes were pressed at low temperature to avoid oxidation. After natural decantation over48 hours an separation from the lies, the wine is fermented in inox vat at a temperature around 14 – 15°C.
Tasting notes
The color of the Louca do Loco is a light pink tone. To the nose you will notice notes of fresh red fruits that will give this rosé a nice freshness. When tasting it, a medium acidity is noticeable. This wine presents good structure and elegance.
This fine wine is an ideal companion particularly to seafood and sashimi.
