A white wine with unique characteristics: a combination that includes the structure of the best Chardonnay, the freshness of Sauvignon Blanc and the aromatic bouquet with tropical notes of a Gewurztraminer. This aromatic sumptuousness is fully released when the wine reaches full maturity.
Hand-harvested, brief cold maceration, followed by 20 days of fermentation at 15°C. Approximately 4 months in stainless steel vats, followed by a minimum of 3 months in bottle.
A brilliant yellow color with floral notes of rose petals, lemon, acacia and broom. On the palate, intense peach and apricot flavors produce a soft, aromatic balance of pleasant freshness and minerality.
Ideal with all cheeses, tasty fish and white meats. Recommended serving temperature: 13C
