Tasting Notes
Of a pale straw yellow color, with a slight greenish tendency, shiny. The bouquet offers floral aromas of acacia and wild flowers, with light hints of slightly ripe yellow apple.
The taste has a pleasant acidity that gives freshness and simplicity of taste, with hints of wildflowers and yellow apples. It goes perfectly with starters and main courses based on fish, salads, vegetables or fresh cheeses such as pecorino.
