Tasting notes
The Gabriel Riserva presents with a dark garnet-red colour with bluish reflections. The nose is appealing, revealing fruity aromas (wild berries, blackberry, pomegranate, maraschino cherries) along with complex hints of pepper and cloves. Soft and velvety in the mouth, it is well structured and persistent with a rich cocoa aftertaste.
The Gabriel Riserva is well suited to accompany grilled red meats, game or strong cheeses
