Established since the Gallo-Roman era, the vineyards benefit from an ideal south to southeast exposure, promoting optimal grape ripening. Managed with rigor and deep respect for living systems, the vines receive constant care within a sustainable and committed approach. This philosophy was formalized through a conversion to organic farming initiated in 2018 and fully certified in 2021.
Tasting notes
The wine shows a golden yellow hue with bright reflections. On the nose, notes of white-fleshed fruits (pear, quince) emerge, lifted by exotic touches of pineapple and passion fruit. The profile is supported by a pronounced minerality, reminiscent of flint, along with a subtle yeasty note evoking brioche.
On the palate, the attack is saline, delicate, and elegant. The mid-palate is well balanced. The finish is harmonious, with a fine aromatic persistence, delicately nuanced by saline notes.
Its minerality and freshness make it an ideal match for seafood — oysters, grilled fish, and tartares. It also pairs beautifully with goat cheeses, poultry in light sauces, and citrus-driven vegetable dishes, where its finesse and balance can fully express themselves.
