The vines grow on clay-limestone plateaus and gravelly soils composed of gravel, rounded quartz pebbles and coarse sand. Fermentation and ageing take place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Tasting notes
Its bright, pale gold colour is complemented by a fruity nose with delicate musky notes contributed by Muscadelle, while Sauvignon Blanc lends a lovely freshness. Served between 10 and 12°C.
It pairs beautifully with shellfish, crustaceans and fish at the start of a meal.
