Family property for six generations located north of Saint-Émilion. The Appollots, combining tradition and modernism, offer you this wine which comes from grapes picked at perfect maturity. It ages in oak barrels for 18 months.
Sustained color with ruby reflections. Fine woody nose with red blackcurrant and redcurrant fruits. Balanced mouth, substance and silky tannins. A well-structured wine with finesse and longevity, a wine for laying down.
It will go wonderfully with a rack or leg of lamb, a fillet of beef and with several cheeses.
