Tasting notes
Of an intense ruby red color, the wine reveals fresh, fruity aromas with hints of cocoa and roasted coffee beans. A supple wine with fresh crisp tannins, it presents a persistent aftertaste. This full-bodied wine is versatile and can be served with typical Tuscan dishes, including cooked meats (delicatessen), pasta (specially with cream and mushrooms), and white meats, whether roasted or grilled such as the famous “bistecca alla florentina”.
