Tasting notes
Intense and bright burgundy-red color with slight purple hues and burgundy flashes. On the nose, it reveals a complex and elegant profile, with notes of red and black fruits intertwined with fine balsamic and roasted aromas, imparted by 6 months of aging in French oak barrels.
On the palate, it shows great intensity. The fruity character is immediately noticeable, gradually giving way to refined hints of vanilla and chocolate. Well-integrated tannins provide a smooth finish and promise excellent aging potential.
Food Pairing: Pairs beautifully with fruit preserves, mushrooms and truffle-based dishes, rice with lean fish, pasta, or roasted meats.
