Tasting notes
The Castillo de Monte la Reina Cuvée Privée presents a beautiful, bright cherry red colour with purplish glints. Aromas are intense and complex with notes of red and black fruits, spices and hints of cocoa and pastries. On the palate, the wine is silky and full-bodied with an aftertaste of fruit and mineral notes. The wine is round, easy to drink with a lingering finish.
This Cuvée Privée is well suited to accompany red and white meats, cured cold meats, stews and cured cheeses.
