Raised in the hills of Conegliano, the region of Prosecco, the vines enjoy maximum sunlight. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The effervescence process, in an autoclave, lasts 40 days at 13 degrees.
Tasting notes
With a beautiful pale yellow color with greenish reflections, with a slight perlage, Bastian presents fruit aromas with delicate nuances of pear and green apple. In the mouth it is fresh, tasty and velvety. Serve between 5 and 7 degrees.
Perfect as an aperitif, it goes well with fish tartar and sushi thanks to its acidity.
