Raised in the hills of Conegliano, the region of Prosecco, the vines enjoy maximum sunlight. The blend produces a unique wine. Fermentation takes place in a temperature-controlled steel tank and the effervescence process, in an autoclave, lasts about 40 days at 13 degrees.
With a beautiful pale pink color and fine bubbles, it offers aromas of wild red fruits: strawberries, raspberries, black cherries and peaches. On the palate, we note a slight acidity and a creamy effervescence.
Alice can be enjoyed as an aperitif and goes well with fish tartar, sushi, rice or pasta salads as well as vegetarian dishes.
