Tasting notes
Produced from the direct pressing of Cabernet Sauvignon, this Blanc de Noirs displays a pale yellow colour with brilliant highlights. The nose is elegant and expressive, revealing aromas of white peach, fresh citrus and delicate white flowers. On the palate, it impresses with its freshness, vibrant acidity and beautiful tension. The finish is long and refined, with lingering notes of white peach and a subtle minerality that invite another sip. An original and remarkably well-balanced wine.
Its freshness and expressive aromatic profile make it an ideal companion for seafood, oysters, ceviche, fish tartare and sushi. It also pairs beautifully with grilled fish, herb- or citrus-marinated poultry, fresh summer salads and young goat cheeses. Served as an aperitif, it stands out with its unique character and remarkable versatility at the table.
