Tasting notes
This Amaro is a strong bitter with medicinal properties and a soft and delicate bouquet. Its composition differs from that of other bitters. After a meal it aids digestion, it is excellent with coffee (« Caffè corretto »); it is also thirst quenching with ice and a slice of orange. It is preferably served chilled.
